Return window
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return. Items must come back clean, undamaged and in their original packaging so they can be resold.
Hygiene
Because the device is worn against the neck, we cannot accept a return on an item that has been used and is not in a resellable condition.
How to start a return
Use the support page to get in touch with your order number. We will confirm the return address and let you know how to send the parcel back.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and checked, the refund is issued to the original payment method through Wix. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, let us know within 14 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund it.
